Annapurna circuit trek is one of the most visited and famous trekking routes in the world. You are experiencing the Himalayas. The trekking routes give you the best view of larger villages. Gurung, Magar, Thakali, and Tamang Communities are there. We can finish the Round Annapurna Trek or Annapurna circuit trek for about 10 to 12 days. We can customize the itinerary as per your needs, depending on your pace and the time. You want to spend on each place on the way. The advice is- do it leisurely and slowly as it will be beneficial for your health. (acclimatization I should do gradually to heights). You can enjoy each moment on the trail as the places are so beautiful.
Day 3: TREK FROM JAGAT TO DHARAPANI (1965M) 6/7H TREK
In steady ups and downs you only slowly gain height until a last steep climb takes you through an impressive gorge into the beautiful village of Tal (1680 m). In the afternoon you walk comfortably to Dharapani (1860 m). Overnight in a lodge. (Walking time approx. 7 hours, 1100 m ↑, 540 m ↓).
Overnight simple lodge.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 4: TREK FROM DHARAPANI TO CHAME (2715M) 5/6H TREK.
After breakfast, head along a forest and several ridges. The trail is rough today but the views are really great. Several high peaks of the Annapurna Range will be visible today. Take out your cameras and take some snaps, but pay attention to the trail as well. We will have plenty of stopovers, and the total walking duration is around five to six hours before we arrive at the village of Chame located at an altitude of 2,710 meters. (Walking time approx. 6h, 1000 m↑, 190 m↓).
Overnight simple lodge.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 5: TREK FROM CHAME TO PISANG (3150M) 5/6H TREK
A steep and narrow path through a very dense forest will bring us to the dramatic curved rock face, rising 1500m from the river. As the trail opens up we get surrounded by majestic Himalayan Peaks. We find ourselves in U-shaped valley of Manang hanging between two giant snow peaks and after walking through these wonderful sites we reach Pisang. (Overnight at tea house on full board basis)
Day 6: TREK FROM PISANG TO MANANG (3550M) 7/8H TREK
There are two routes that we can follow today. If taken upper route (we recommend), i.e., the route through Upper Pisang via Geru, the scenarios are outstanding. We feel like we are horizontally in front of the majestic peaks. The panoramic views of the mountain peaks, such as Annapurna, Pisang peak, and many others will certainly allure us. We notice a contrast with the landscape and vegetation from today. The cold, dry weather creates a much harsher environment. A visit to Barge monastery, the largest in the entire district of Manang will be memorable. (Overnight at tea house on full board basis)
Day 7: DAY OF ACCLIMATIZATION IN MANANG
When we trek to high altitudes above 3000m it is highly recommended to have a rest day. It helps you to acclimatize your body. This day is an easy day for you you can wake up late morning have breakfast. to be more fit for the Throng la pass trek better you can hike more height than your sleeping place. We can be walking to Gangapurna lake, some trekkers who are not tired and fit try for Ice lake also or the Monastery up to the hills of Manang. Get the spectacular views of the Himalaya nearby. There are excellent views of Gangapurna’s lake from your hotel rooftop. which is a glacier lake at the foot of dramatic Gangapurna icefall and traditional and stone building. Today is our easy and pleasant day in our Annapurna circuit trek.
Day 8: TREK FROM MANANG TO YAK KHARKA (4095M) 4/5H TREK
From Manang village, the trail crosses a stream, climbs to a village of Tenki above Manang, and then continues to climb out of the Marshyangdi Valley turning northwest up the valley of Jarsang Khola. The trail follows this valley northward, passing a few pastures, a scrub of juniper trees, as it steadily gains elevation. The trail passes near the small village of Ghunsa, a cluster of flat mud roofs just below the trail head. Now the trail goes through meadows where horses and yaks graze. After crossing a small river on a wooden bridge, the trail passes an ancient old Mani wall in a pleasant meadow and then reaches another small village of Yak Kharka. Little but Gradual ascent is the key to avoiding altitude problems. (Overnight at tea house on full board basis)
Day 9: TREK FROM YAK KHARKA TO THORANG PHEDI (4550M) 3/4H TREK
We make our way to the foot of the pass, Throng Phedi. Thorong Phedi is a small busy settlement catering to the needs of tired trekkers and climbers. People use this point as a base camp. Some people also attempt a hike to the High Camp today so that the next day can be easier for them but we do not recommend attempting High Camp and overnight there because sleeping in higher altitude is not really advisable. Although we will have a tough the next day, we stop at Thorong Phedi so that we can sleep sound rather than a risky sleep in higher altitude at High Camp. (Overnight at tea house on full board basis)
Day 10: TREK FROM THORONG PHEDI TO THORONG-LA (5416M) TO MUKTINATH (3790M) 8/9H TREK
We reach the climax of our Annapurna circle trek today. It will be a lifetime unforgettable experience- crossing the famous high pass, Thorong La. An early start is important to complete the mission. Each moment we have to work hard today through the icy high-altitude trail but the outstanding high Himalayan scenes are such tempting that our eyes love to watch more over the horizon than on our trail. We reach Muktinath with the setting sun. Muktinath is an important pilgrimage place for both Hindus and Buddhist. The area hosts a Vishnu temple and a Monastery nearby. Muktinath itself demonstrates the religions harmony in Nepal. (Overnight at tea house on full board basis)
Day 12: FLY FROM JOMSOM TO POKHARA (875M) 18M
This morning we fly back to Pokhara. This flight is a Trans Himalayan flight- approx of 25 minutes. Once you arrive in Pokhara we can manage to view a magnificent view of Pokhara. This day is totally free day to enjoy famous lakeside tour, shopping or other activities offers at this city.
