Chulu west peak with an elevation of 6419m is part of Manang Himal. This peak is highly stated as the best one among climbing lovers. Among the dozens of Himalayan peaks, there are three Chulu called Chulu West, Chulu East, and between Chulu Center. Some confusion exists regarding the location and name of either Chulu west or Chulu East even though both peaks have a separate climbing route. Most of the trekking days to reach Base camp are the same as Round Annapurna trail. It can be done during the Annapurna circuit Trekking who are interested to achieve climbing adventure. Indeed, Chulu west climbing does not require very professional technical knowledge. There are no real technical difficulties to reaching the top of the peak however progress might be smooth depending on snow conditions on the way. As soon as crossing the base camp some loose rocks require to fix climbing ropes. Chulu West first successfully concurred by a Japanese Expedition team in 1952.
